Customer Review: Exactly what Wii Fit Needs
One of my first thoughts after getting my wii fit was that Nintendo should have charged a little more and included a rechargeable battery pack. This unit fulfills that duty perfectly. I'd prefer for it to have a regular AC adapter so I could charge the balance board while storing it under my couch, but the usb connector is not so inconvenient. The battery pack integrates perfectly into the existing battery compartment and the quality is what I'd expect if nintendo included a battery pack of their own. Well done.
Customer Review: Excellent alternative to batteries!
Installed this the day I picked up my Wii Fit, and have used it for about 18 hours so far without the need to recharge. Have had no problems like the previous poster (who seems confused as to which battery pack he actually got!). Can charge from the Wii USB or a PC's USB port, and you do not need to remove the battery cover to charge!
